Because we sell food products, refunds are limited.


Returns

We do not accept change of mind returns.
This applies to all food items.


Food items

YES! MSG filled grinders and refill products are perishable goods.
They cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
If you are unsure about a product, contact us before ordering.


Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us if:
• the item is damaged
• the item is faulty
• you received the wrong product

Email us at hello@yesmsgshop.com and include:
• your order number
• a short description of the issue
• clear photos if possible

We will review the issue and make it right.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:
• it will be issued to the original payment method
• processing time depends on your bank or card provider

Refunds are usually processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.


Shipping costs

Shipping fees are not refunded unless required by law.
